Order Processing
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day. Please note that 1–2 business days are required for order processing and packaging prior to shipment. These are included in the estimated delivery times below.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday during the Fall and Spring semesters, and Monday through Thursday during the Summer semester, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates

·       Standard Shipping (Estimated delivery in 4–7 business days): $13.95

·       2nd Business Day Shipping (Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days): $39

·       Laptops: $30 shipping fee

P.O. Box Deliveries
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders are shipped via FedEx, which does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Order Tracking
All customers—both guests and registered users—will receive tracking numbers via email as their order status is updated.
For faster checkout and easier order tracking, we recommend creating an account.

In-Store Pickup
Online orders may be picked up at any of our campus locations. To select this option, choose "Store Pickup" on the Delivery Options page and specify your preferred campus. You will receive email notifications with updates on your order status.
